You are the boss of the game cruiser Ship Invaders, you have to accept the battle against the task force of enemy boats. In front of you on the screen you will see your boat floating on the water surrounded by reefs. By using the control keys, you have some control over its activities. Enemy boats will move towards your cruiser. As you move your cruiser through the water, you need to make sure it is facing the enemy boats. Then, at this point, you can start shooting at the enemy. By shooting accurately, you will destroy enemy transports and get focuses for doing so. They will also shoot at you and you need to move your cruiser out of the fire.
